If you're looking for an Island getaway that will rejuvenate your mind, body and soul, then look no further. Xanadu Island Resort lies hidden on an inviting palm lined beach, overlooking the Caribbean and the Barrier Reef. Just a short walk to San Pedro Town, Xanadu Island Resort is close enough to enjoy the restaurants and other amenities of town, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and relaxed.

All 19 of our luxurious condominium suites offer fully equipped kitchens, living/dining areas, and your choice of Studio, Loft, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Each suite is centrally air conditioned, equipped with ceiling fans, cable tv, telephones, unlimited internet access (must bring own laptop), private safes for valuables, hair dryers, alarm clock radio IPOD docking stations, environmentally friendly liquid shampoos, conditioners and body wash, beach towels, and large shaded decks overlooking the ocean, pool and/or gardens.

We have a long pier with a cool palapa and swim platform at the end for relaxing and swimming where you can snorkel our man made reef. Or, swim in our exotic freshwater pool and relax in hammocks and chaise lounge chairs under the palms on the beach.

Xanadu Island Resort has a state of the art back up generator system. In the event of power failure, this system will automatically switch over to provide power to the entire resort. Our system is able to run A/C's and kitchen facilities. Additionally, Xanadu will be able to provide water (including hot water) to our guests.

Complimentary bicycles and kayaks are available for our guests to explore the Island. Enjoy bird watching in our private nature reserve.

Scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing or guided eco-tours to the rainforest jungle or Mayan ruins can be arranged through our full service tour desk. The dive and tour boats collect and return our guests to our private pier.

An on-site laundry facility is available for your convenience.
