SERVICE CHARGE EXPLANATION: A 6% service charge is added to your accommodations bill, which covers gratuities to all of our staff. The purpose of the service charge is to allow a fair distribution of what would normally be "tips" from our guests to Xanadu Island Resort employees. Xanadu pays out 100% of what is collected from the service charge at the end of every month. No other tipping is necessary unless one feels that a certain member of staff has earned special recognition.
